The core of the proposed solution is an AI assistant built on a hybrid architecture combining multiple large language models (LLMs) with an intelligent retrieval system, often referred to as a mixture of experts with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Components:

• Open BI LLM (LLM 1): Based on the Llama 3 architecture with 8 billion parameters, fine-tuned on around 257,000 doctor-patient conversation records, enabling it to offer basic care advice and home remedies.

• Med LLM (LLM 2): Trained on comprehensive clinical Q&A datasets (approximately 16,400 records), focusing on medical jargon, disease symptoms, and diagnosis, thus facilitating accurate disease identification and explanation.
