This task, seemingly simple, is riddled with hurdles. Stakeholders often require data insights from an abundance of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools, many of which demand navigation through complex interfaces or manual SQL coding — time-consuming and prone to delays.

The overarching goal was to develop a tool that eliminates this friction, allowing users—be they business managers, procurement teams, or supply chain personnel—to interact with data repositories conversationally. The key is to produce quick, accurate insights without requiring deep technical expertise.
