Initial Challenges
At launch, the AI assistant operated with minimal data, causing responses to be generic or humorous but unhelpful—for example, describing a rug as akin to “a zebra and a barcode having a baby.” Recognizing this, the team identified the need for richer context and more sophisticated grounding.
