Future AI Capabilities: Enhanced Automation and Decision Support
Dr. Zigshit outlined plans to further develop AI capabilities, including:
- Agent Handover Systems: When automated chatbots reach their threshold of effectiveness, conversations will be seamlessly transferred to human agents, ensuring quality support.
