Despite being one of the finalists, the Blue Jays might not appear to be the best fit for Sasaki. Historically, Toronto has not been recognized as a top-tier pitching development team. Ken noted that while it was intriguing that he spent time in Toronto recently, there were no clear reasons the Blue Jays would be the preferred destination sometimes touted by fans and analysts.
