Part 4/8:
For head coach, I believe Aaron Glenn, former Jets cornerback and current defensive coordinator for the Lions, would balance experience with an understanding of the Jets' culture. His commitment to building solid relationships with players could be key in promoting a winning mentality.
Roster Adjustments: Cuts and Resignings
With a new coaching staff, the Jets must assess their current roster. If Aaron Rodgers decides to retire, the Jets need to make significant cuts, including CJ Mosley and Devonte Adams, as well as let players like Alan Lazard and Greg Zuerlein go.
In terms of resigning players, I recommend bringing back Jamil Sherwood, a promising linebacker, and veteran Morgan Moses on a one-year deal. This approach fosters stability on the offensive line.
