Located on Park Avenue, Stretch serves a distinct style of New York pizza that stands out in a city known for its diverse pizza offerings.
Wylie has expertly honed his own technique, which he proudly shares with Giorgia. His method involves a unique two-part cooking process—first, the pizza spends 3 minutes baking at an impressive 320°C (approximately 608°F), followed by an additional 2-3 minutes at a lower temperature of 215°C (about 419°F).
