A Dramatic Shift

As the third quarter began, the Falcons’ coaching staff made bewildering decisions that would ultimately cost them the game. The team ran merely three offensive plays, a decision that bewildered fans and commentators. It appeared as if the coaching staff had forgotten their game plan, particularly when considering the success of Robinson in the first half.

Coaching Concerns

Head coach Raheem Morris came under fire for his choices during the critical moments of the game. Critics were quick to point out that instead of utilizing timeouts to strategize and gain points, Morris failed to seize opportunities. On more than one occasion, he let the clock run down when there were chances to slow the game and redirect the team's efforts.
