The film's portrayal of his early relationships and family dynamics is not entirely accurate. Frank's parents divorced when he was 14, after which he chose to live with his father. Contrary to the film's depiction of a loving relationship, Frank had a contentious relationship with his father, especially after his dad lost his affluent lifestyle and became a low-paid postal worker.
