Confetti Mashed Potato Flautas
In this mouthwatering dish, the chef is rolling up a delightful fusion of mashed potatoes, diced peppers, green onions, and two types of cheeses, all baked inside tortillas. The flautas are then layered with black beans, roasted Paca peppers, and a creamy avocado topping, served with a tantalizing tomatillo sauce.
