Breakfast to Go
Chef Logan: I spent $200 on cheese puffs, a frozen turkey, towels, and blankets. I'm making a fried turkey bagel sandwich with cheese puff crumble. The only breakfast item I have is the bagel, so this won't be a typical breakfast, but it will be portable.
Chef Sonia: I made a ham and cheese crepe with an arugula salad. The flavor is good, but I could have used more seasoning. If I had found a way to put the salad inside the crepe, it would have been more of a crepe burrito situation, making it more portable.
Chef Will: I made a Creole salami breakfast sandwich and a homemade strawberry compote with tomatoes and carrots. The ratios are a little off, but the creativity is there.
