Part 2/4:
The restaurant is the brainchild of Vietnamese-born owners Vincent and Toy Whit, who are known for their passion for throwing lively parties and sharing the flavors of their homeland. When Justin Warner and the host visited the restaurant in 2017, they were immediately hooked on the authentic Vietnamese dishes, from the fragrant pho to the delectable Saigon pancake.
Mastering the Art of Pho
At the heart of Saigon Noodle and Grill's menu is the beloved Vietnamese dish, pho. The chefs take great pride in their pho, simmering the broth for hours to extract the maximum amount of flavor and collagen from the beef bones. The result is a rich, aromatic broth that serves as the foundation for the dish, complemented by tender slices of beef brisket and eye of round.
