Each label carries its weight, but her primary struggle revolves around depression, which she identifies as the most debilitating.

The seeds of her trauma are deeply rooted in a childhood marred by abuse, which laid the foundation for her mental health challenges. Despite having traversed through therapy since a very young age, Encina grapples with ongoing healing and the constant quest for effective coping mechanisms. The desire for relief from her emotional turmoil propels her to continually seek understanding and treatment, even when it feels like an uphill battle.
