While the eggs are cooking, take 2 slices of bread and dip one side into the egg mixture, ensuring that it soaks up enough flavor. After that, flip the bread over to coat the other side lightly before placing it back on a plate.
Assembling the Fold
Return your focus to the skillet and let the eggs cook until they start to set. Before they are fully cooked, carefully flip the eggs over and fold the edges inward to create a neat omelet-like shape.
