- Add Dry Ingredients: Next, we will sift the flour and baking powder directly into the mixture. Use a spatula or the whisk to fold everything together until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Baking the Roulade
Now it’s time to bake!
Prepare the Baking Pan: Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and lightly grease it with a thin layer of butter to prevent sticking.
Pour and Spread: Pour your batter into a baking pan measuring around 39 x 26 cm. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Bake: Place the pan into a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 12 minutes. You know the cake is ready when the top feels set and dry to the touch.
