Part 2/6:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 400 grams of caramel

  • Powdered sugar for decoration

Be sure to have a mixer on hand as we will be using it for this recipe.

Preparing the Batter

  1. Mix the Eggs and Water: Start by placing the eggs and water into the mixer. Blend at a medium to high speed for about 3 to 5 minutes until you have a fluffy mixture.

  2. Add Sugar: Once the mixture is light and airy, gradually add in the sifted sugar, one tablespoon at a time, continuing to mix.

  3. Incorporate Oil and Vanilla: After the sugar has been fully incorporated, turn off the mixer. Gently add the oil and vanilla essence, folding them in with a whisk.
