Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the pudding mold in a larger baking dish to create a water bath (bain-marie).
Before putting it in the oven, add hot water to the outer baking dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of your pudding mold.
Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. The pudding is done when it has set but still has a slight jiggle in the center.
Cooling and Serving
Once the baking time is complete, it’s important to cool your pudding properly for the best texture:
Remove the pudding from the oven and the water bath. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, run a knife around the edges to loosen it from the mold, then invert it onto a plate for serving.
