Preparing the Pudding Mixture

In a blender, combine 3 eggs, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1.5 cups of milk. Blend until the mixture is well combined.
Ensure the caramel has cooled sufficiently, becoming slightly thickened. Then pour the pudding mixture directly onto the caramel in the mold.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil, ensuring the shiny side is facing inward to help keep moisture from the water bath out.
