Hunter’s nerves were palpable as he awaited the announcement. Though he was considered a front-runner, the competition with Ashton Genty was closer than expected. "I was very nervous...taking deep breaths trying to calm myself down," he admitted. Upon hearing his name called, however, relief and joy surged over him. Hunter acknowledged Genty's talent and hard work, stating, "I respect him...everyone up there deserves their chance."
