Tuchel's Reputation and Personality

Tuchel's reputation in Germany is a complex one. While he is widely respected for his tactical acumen and success in knockout competitions, he is also seen as an eccentric and difficult personality.

"He's seen in Germany as being a bit of an outsider within with his eccentricities," explained Arie Rintut, a Bundesliga expert. "He's seen as a very good coach, but doesn't get the respect that he has in England."
