As Alma races home, she reaches out to her new doctor, Elijah, who is also her brother. In another hidden location, Alma’s accomplice Billy Joe continues questionable experiments on children, insisting that their condition is critical but Alma's insistence on moving forward with the experiments shows her relentless determination, regardless of the risks involved.
