As the gifted students begin to split up and search for Wave, confronting him in the school cafeteria leads to a showdown highlighting their powers and rivalries. Mon, one of the gifted students, is forced to confront her vulnerabilities as Wave unveils her hidden flaws, threatening to expose her if she does not comply with his demands. A series of confrontations ensues, illustrating both the physical and psychological battles as relationships are tested.
