Part 5/12:

As the narrative progresses, Ben, Cal's father, immerses himself in unraveling the mystery surrounding Marco. He discovers that Marco lacks immediate family in New York and finds traces of other passengers missing after Kelly's death. This dark turn leads Ben to suspect that Marco is among those hidden away, perhaps subjected to government experiments. Their search leads them to an interpreter who recalls seeing Marco among a group of foreign passengers sent to a secret shelter by the government.
