Part 2/12:
A Bulgarian man named Marco boarded Flight 828, completely unaware of the turbulence that awaited him. Marco, unfamiliar with English and a recent arrival to America, reached out to fellow passengers, Sanvi and Cal, for help in filling out his customs form. Fast forward to the present, and we find Cal engulfed in a nightmare, screaming in Bulgarian—a language he has never learned. Fevered and panicked, Cal’s alarming condition propels his parents to rush him to the hospital, where doctors grapple with the mystery of his illness, further complicated by the chaotic aftermath of the flight.
