Drawing from his experiences at Manchester United, Stewart expressed that hastily firing a manager is not always the solution to a team’s struggles.
"Parting ways isn’t always the Silver Bullet," he explained. Stewart wants to steer the club clear of the pitfalls they experienced after the dismissals of previous managers like Michael Beal and Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
