As Gabe, Kylie, and Radar grow closer, their adventures are not without peril. Ethel, the new police secretary, takes on the role of babysitter, providing comedic relief and foreshadowing the threats that loom. When Dobbins and Dr. Van Hook attempt to capture Radar at Gabe's house, the bionic dog showcases her strength and ingenuity, thwarting their plans temporarily.
Despite this setback, the villainous duo manages to get into the museum, where they search for the sapphire. Gabe and Kylie, eager to protect Radar and the jewel, must also navigate the chaos created by the villains.
