Hours later, students from Valley Hills School arrive at the water park, excited for a weekend filled with festivities, swimming, and drinking. Among them is Josh, the guitarist of a band called The Blades, who seeks to make the most of the celebration with friends Chad and Slim. As they prepare for the weekend’s events, tensions emerge when student Phil harasses them, establishing a dynamic of rivalry that recurs throughout the film.
