Filled with rage and despair, Quinn vows to uncover the app's secret. She seeks allies, including Matt, a fellow victim with a tragic past. Their bond deepens as they share their fears and stories of loss.

In pursuit of answers, they turn to Father John, a priest who theorizes that the app is a modern twist on ancient curses. Together with Matt and Quinn, they devise a plan to confront the entity behind the app, Oan, which seeks to collect those marked by the countdown.
