One particularly nail-biting moment occurs at a gas station, where Rusty Nail appears in a confronting manner, brandishing what they believe to be an iron club. Panic ensues until they discover that it's only a tire gauge, but the brothers' relief is short-lived as Rusty Nail resumes his obsession with them.

The Ultimate Terror

The brothers' journey devolves into a harrowing chase across desolate roads and ominous farm gates as they find themselves cornered by the truck. In a desperate maneuver, they crash, leaving them trapped as the ominous truck driver begins to close in on them, slowly crushing their vehicle. The brothers realize the gravity of their situation, as Fuller tries to apologize to the truck driver, only to learn he was joking all along—an unsettling twist.
