Celebrating his courtroom victory, Kadak enlists his ex-girlfriend Daria for dinner, but their rekindled romance is cut short by his controlling demeanor, leading her to leave. In a twist of fate, Kadak's journey to retrieve the incriminating chip ends abruptly when cyborgs invade his office, violently extracting information before ultimately eliminating him by throwing him out of a window onto his car, thereby marking his gruesome demise.

Post-mortem, Kadak’s blood-infused vehicle, the Lazarus One, mysteriously possesses an unyielding desire for vengeance against his killers. Soon after, the car breaks free from a junkyard, driven by the spirit of Kadak, and begins a rampage targeting those who conspired against him.
