Part 2/9:

The story begins when Andy McGee, played by a young Drew Barrymore, discovers that he and his daughter, Charlie, are under surveillance by agents from an organization known as "The Shop." Andy, who possesses psychic abilities as a result of a government experiment he participated in years prior, quickly realizes the danger that he and Charlie are in. He uses his powers to manipulate a cab driver's mind, enabling their escape through the bustling streets of New York City.
