At the heart of the narrative lies the planet Chidan, home to the tyrannical ruler SCBA. Unbeknownst to him, a baby born of the scientist Jan has been endowed with superpowers, destined to combat the villain's oppressive reign. As SCBA descends upon Jan's laboratory, the scientist dispatches the infant to Earth, hoping to keep him safe. However, Agat, SCBA's telepathic daughter, is hot on the trail, ready to retrieve the child.

A twist of fate intervenes when Agata fails to intercept the baby’s rocket, leading it to crash in a Spanish farmer's field, where Juan Lopez is found and adopted by an unsuspecting couple. Unusual as it is, the baby sports a mustache, and despite the strangeness, they raise him as their own, both unaware of his true origins.
