As Chun Li becomes a central figure in the resistance against Bison, her personal vendetta unfolds. Her father fell victim to Bison's cruelty years ago, and Chun Li will stop at nothing to avenge him.

The Turning Tide

With Bison's henchmen unaware, Guile schematically leads an assault on the enemy, believing he has lost his life in the process. However, it is revealed later that Guile's "death" was an elaborate ruse, intended to distract Bison. On the ground, Chun Li, Ryu, and Ken navigate treacherous landscapes within the base while devising a plan to rescue the prisoners.
