Part 3/7:

In the underground Fight Club run by the villain Sagat, two martial artists, Ryu and Ken, unwittingly find themselves embroiled in the plot when their negotiation for weapons goes awry. Armed initially with toy guns, they employ their martial arts skills to fend off Sagat's henchmen but are soon captured.

Back at Bison's base, we see the cruel experiments being conducted by Dr. Dalim, who despite his unwillingness, continues to be a part of Bison’s horrific plans.

A Captured Revolution

As Guile's group plans an incursion into Bison’s secret base, tensions boil when Ryu and Ken engage in a quarrel, which is merely a distraction to allow Ryu to escape. The fighters gain freedom and join forces with Guile, whose impending revolt against Bison’s regime begins to take shape.
