Part 2/7:
As the movie unfolds, we learn that Bison has seized six hostages, including Colonel Guile’s partner, Charlie, and is demanding an astronomical ransom of $20 billion. Alongside this, he has also captured 15 soldiers who were sent to rescue the prisoners. Despite the chaos in the secret base, Chun Li manages to get a lead on Guile’s location, leading to a tense standoff between the two.
Guile, portrayed as a steadfast yet provocative character, promises to rescue the captured men, which escalates the conflict. Meanwhile, Bison has embarked on sinister experiments on Charlie, transforming him into a weapon of mass destruction.
