In parallel, "Magic Arch" centers around Deli, a dolphin with aspirations overshadowed by a larger-than-life competitor, Alpha. The residents of Fishtown are caught in political and social tensions as the mayor Octavian wrestles with authority, amidst the scheming of the villainous fish Udo who aims to usurp him. Deli stumbles upon a magical arch that provides a pathway to enhance one’s powers but is forbidden to use it.
