As the story deepens, viewers learn Dastardly’s goal: to capture Scooby to resurrect Cerberus. During this mission, Scooby and Shaggy find themselves teaming up with the new Blue Falcon and his robotic pooch, Dino-Mutt. Together, they set out to thwart Dastardly's nefarious plan, which involves locating the skulls of Cerberus that are believed to hold immense power.
