In the aftermath of the Avengers' battle against Loki, New York City is left in ruins. Among those affected is Adrien Toms, who, alongside his team, is hired by City Hall to collect the debris. However, their efforts are cut short when the Damage Control Department, partnered with Stark Industries, takes over the cleanup. Stuck without a job, Toms devises a new plan, utilizing alien technology he salvages from the battlefield to create powerful weapons, including a highly advanced technological suit.
