After a high-stakes surgery, he gets into a horrific car accident that leaves him with irreparable damage to his hands. Desperate to reclaim his former skill, Strange explores various methods of healing, ultimately leading him to stories about the mystical arts.

The Search for Healing

Tyler Pangborn, a former patient who mysteriously healed himself, points Strange in the direction of Kamar-Taj, a sanctuary in Nepal famed for its mastery of the Mystic Arts. Strange embarks on a journey to find this sacred place, only to be met with skepticism and danger when he arrives.
