Part 2/9:

The story is set in a quaint American town where the curmudgeonly Officer Kurt begins his evening patrol. His mundane routine is interrupted by rowdy young men headed to the park, which leads to a series of comedic events sparked by the interference of an ice cream truck owned by brothers Rich and Paul Terenzi. While the young couples initially enjoy their time at the park, it isn’t long before the excitement shifts as a comet streaks across the night sky, landing ominously near a dense forest.
