As the young pandas learn about their powers, they seek Po's mentorship, believing they have been chosen by destiny for greatness. Despite initially being reluctant to take on students, Po receives guidance from Master Ogue, pushing him to accept the pandas as his apprentices. This marks the beginning of their training journey, filled with hurdles as the students strive to control their newfound abilities.

The arrival of the antagonist Jade Tusk, who seeks to exploit the pandas for her own agenda, injects urgency into the storyline. After a confrontation, Po is captured while defending the pandas, forcing them to rely on their untested abilities to rescue their master. With Po's guidance, the pandas begin to harness their powers, showcasing the innate potential within their character.
