Throughout the movie, Sam learns that the Decepticons are searching for the AllSpark fragment and are potentially planning a return of a powerful entity known as The Fallen. Meanwhile, tensions rise as governmental forces start to view the Autobots with suspicion, leading them to consider ejecting their mechanical allies from Earth, fearing them as a danger to humanity.
