Shuri’s grief leads to an unexpected encounter with Namor, who emerges from his underwater kingdom seeking an alliance with Wakanda. He reveals the existence of a vibranium-detecting machine created by a young scientist named Riri Williams, showcasing the interconnectedness of their fates.

Conflict Escalates with Riri’s Capture

Shuri and Okoye seek out Riri in the United States, but their efforts to protect her lead them into a confrontation with the FBI. An elaborate chase ensues, culminating in Riri donning her self-made armor to aid their escape. As the conflict escalates, Shuri is eventually captured by Namor’s forces, setting up a pivotal clash between Wakanda and Namor’s underwater kingdom, Talokan.
