Part 2/8:
The film opens with Thanos assaulting a spaceship carrying Asgardians, where he threatens Thor’s life to extract the Tesseract. In a moment of desperation, Loki hands over the Tesseract, hoping to save Thor. However, the Hulk intervenes but is swiftly overpowered by Thanos, leaving Thor imprisoned and Heimdall fatally wounded after sending Hulk to Earth as a warning about the impending threat.
Having acquired the Space Stone, Thanos sets his sights on Earth to collect more stones. There, Dr. Strange and Tony Stark quickly band together to prepare for the looming confrontation, recognizing the grave threat that Thanos poses if he gathers all six Infinity Stones.
