As the first group is annihilated, Group 2—led by Bloodsport—manages to infiltrate unnoticed. They soon unite with Flagg and other surviving members to reassess their strategies, temporarily shifting their focus to rescue Colonel Flagg after learning he is now encircled by rebels. Their alliance with the rebels complicates matters, especially after the presidency changes hands following a shocking twist involving Harley Quinn and General Luna.
