Part 3/9:

In a shocking twist, the assassins divert from their original plan, shooting the mob members and leaving only Jesus alive. Faced with the inevitability of his fate, Jesus is shot multiple times but responds with calm acceptance, knowing his time has come. The assassins then take his body and return to their time, believing they've successfully rewritten history.

The Scientists' Race Against Time

Not all are oblivious to this shift in timelines. A group of scientists, witnessing the immediate aftermath of the assassins' actions, realizes they must act quickly to restore the original timeline. They travel back to the moment of the assassination but arrive too late, finding Jesus fatally wounded and aware of the impending changes to reality.
