Part 2/8:

The film opens with Yoon Woo awaking from a nightmare, only to discover a peculiar girl sitting in the corner of his room. Terrified, he soon learns that the girl, dubbed A.D. Number One by his scientist father, Dr. Cha, is not a ghost but rather an advanced android created through years of artificial intelligence research. While Dr. Cha reveals his intentions to have Yoon Woo and his sister Minji monitor Annie as she adapts, Yoon Woo is initially resistant; his strained relationship with his father amplifies his reluctance.
