Part 5/11:
Desolation consumes Junita as she finds herself abandoned by friends and betrayed by a relationship based on superficial values. At her nadir, she discovers an online community called The Ugly Duckling, a space where she finds solace and camaraderie with others who share similar experiences. Inspired by a fellow member, she resolves to relocate to a new city, cut ties with her past, and start afresh.
