The Return and the Revelation

After a series of nights filled with unsettling occurrences, her parents unexpectedly return. But something is amiss. Strange markings on her mother’s body unsettle Stephanie, reflecting the horror that has taken root in their lives. They inform her about the monster that had been pursuing them, solidifying Stephanie's fears that she must keep her emotions in check lest they attract danger.
