However, their escape ignites a chase for survival against the hungry rodents. The group emerges, but with grim news awaiting them on the train—many passengers have fallen victim to the chaos unleashed.

In a race against time, Zhang dispenses the medicine to those infected, but an imminent blockade complicates matters. As Zhang leads the passengers in a collective effort to clear the path, a thug’s selfless act to distract the rats gives them precious seconds to move the train forward.
